from a trip to visit her daughters

William Blakemore and son Wil
liam. She had not seen this grand
son before.
Her travels then led to the home
of Mr. and Mrs. Charles ; Leicht
and Gwendolyn Lee at Lindsey.

Roy Downing at Hanford, 'Calif.
She then returned to the Turner
Memorial Home where she is mat

The Turner Sunshine club met
with Mrs. Edith Mellis for an all
day meeting and no host dinner
last week.

Swegle Pupils Give
Special Holiday
Program on Friday
SWEGLE - The Saint Patrick's
day program at Swegle school was
given by the upper grade pupils
Friday afternoon.
The opening exercises were led
by -Alvera Purcell and Deloris
Werner. A quiz program was giv
! en with Richard Hoffman acting!
as master of ceremonies and the;
members of the three grades as
studio audience and contestants.
Music for the program was an
accordion solo by Joan Stark and
group singing. Visitors were Mrsi
Herbert Zobel, Mrs. Carl Hoffman
and Mrs. Wilson Biles.
