From 27te Statesmait's (Community- Correspondents Coop Marion-Linn lerativc Has Meeting JEFFERSON The .Marlon Linn Farmers union association held its annual meeting in the Odd Fellows hall in Jefferson. C. J. Rosenau, manager, reported the .cooperative a growing concern; totaling $160,000 volume of bus iness during the year, showing an Increase of $35,000 over, the pre ceding year. Forty-five members joined the association during the past year. Rosenau also reported that from last season's seeds the cooperative has already shipped six cars of rye grass and two of vetch, and have sold locally about a carload each : of rye grass and vetch. Holdover officers are R. A. Marsh of route 2, Albany, presi dent; Harry Mullen, route 1, Al bany; Oliver Stephenson, Jeffer son. Elected were Carl Booth, of Turner, vice-president; and Keith Allen of Jefferson. More than 60 attended. The women of the Mar ion Farmers' Union local served dinner at noon for the association.
