Sergeant Bynum is in New Guinea with an ordnance depot company. He was stationed at Camp Adair before going overseas. (Jesten-Miller). Judge and Mrs. James T. The affair; will be held at the host? of Mrs. John H. parkin, 495 North Summer street, from 3 to 6 o'clock. A spe-cial invitation has been t; ended to wives of legls- lators and all interested Salem women are invited to attend the affair. J I ? A silver offering will be taken for the special DAR projects. Osttind, as Chloe Willson, ; wearing a black lace dress that belonged to her grandmother; Miss Ruth Rulifson as TabithaBrown, wearing a pinstriped black woolen dress with a brocaded cape, which also belonged to Mrs. Ostlind'3 grandmother; and Mrs. David Wright as Mrs. Abigail Duniway wearing a" dress -with overskirt trimmed with handmade lace, and a fringed shawl made and purchased in?Paris, which belonged to the' grand 1 - mother, of Mrs. E.
