NORTH DALLAS In a can
dlelight setting at the Dallas
Evangelical Mennonite Brethren
church, Thursday at 8 o'clock.
Miss Nettie Classen, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. John R. Classen of
North Dallas, became the bride
of Mr. Harry B. Wiebe of Provo,
Utah, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben D.
Wiebe of Ferndale, Washington.
The ceremony was read by Rev.
D. P. Schultz. The Schultz trio
of Los Angeles, sang "My God
and 1" preceding the , ceremony
and immediately after,' "Seal Us
Oh Holy Spirit". Mis Sara Dick
presided at the piano and played
the marches. ,
The bride wore a white satin
gown fashioned on princess lines
with long sleeves. Her three
quarter length veil was1 lace
, trimmed and caught by. two-'
white gardenias in her hair. Her
bouqet was of white chrysan- .
themums and deep pink carna
tions. Ben Classen and John Classen,
brothers of the bride were the
only attendants.
The Misses Elizabeth R. Frie
; sen of Monmouth, and Edna
Wiebe, sister of the groom light
ed the candles. They were dress
ed in pale blue floor length
, dresses. '
Mrs. Classen, mother of the
bride, wore royal blue velvet
with a black hat and accessories.
Mrs. Wiebe, mother of the groom,
wore navy bine hat and jgown
with fuchia trim; They wore .
corsages of white chrysanthe
mums and pink carnations.
Ushers were Peter Brandt of
RickreaU arid Peter Friesen of
North Dallas.
A reception . for about 250
guests followed the ceremony in
the church parlors. Mus Elsbeth
Wall of Smithfield was in charge
of the tea table. The bride's ta
ble was centered with the wed
ding cake.
The Misses Tina and Margaret
Friesen of Monmouth were in
charge of the gift table.
The couple will leave for Utah
after the Christmas holidays.
Mr. and Mrs. Jesepk Carton
of Portland spent Christmas In ;
the capital with her - mother,
Mrs. Ralph P. Riggs.

VEAL W SPAGHETTI
3 pounds veal round slices,
to 1 1 inch thick
. Vk poUnd salt porkf
3 large cloves garlic
2 medium onions
2 No. V cans tomato paste
1 No. 2V4 can tomatoes
1 No. i2 can button mushrooms
1 hot red pepper I
1 tablespoon salt I
1 teaspoon pepper
1 pound spaghetti j '
Cut veal round slices into 2
inich pieces. Dice salt pork and
brown with garlic. Mash out as
much juice and pulp as possible I
from the garlic and remove the
cloves. Brown ' the meat in the
same fat. Chop onions and add
3ith remaining ingredients to
eat. Cover and simmer 2-2'
hours. Cook spaghetti in a large
Ketue of boiling salted water un
til tender. .Drain. Serve meat '
saute over spaghetti. Serves 8
generously. ' . j
