Dice salt pork and brown with garlic. Mash out as much juice and pulp as possible I from the garlic and remove the cloves. Brown ' the meat in the same fat. Chop onions and add 3ith remaining ingredients to eat. Cover and simmer 2-2' hours. Cook spaghetti in a large Ketue of boiling salted water un til tender. .Drain. Serve meat ' saute over spaghetti.
