Thirty members were seated at the dinner table and 10 more joined. the party later. Orlo W. Humphreys, president, conducted the business meeting. All officers were re-elected as follows: president, Orlo W. Hum phreys; vice president, Mae Hum phreys Herrell; and secretary treasurer, Mary A. Champ.; Mrs. Jennie Humphreys was elected historian, a new position. Stayton Masonic park: was picked as the meeting place for 1943. Commit tees are: reception, Harry Hum phreys and Ivan Darby; program, James O. Darby and Claude Ash by; tables and coffee, Iva Ashby and Maud Harms. v , Mr. nd Mrs. Sam Harms, who brought small gifts, which were given to the member present qualifying according to the nota tion on each gift. The oldest man present was W. H. Humphreys, sr., the oldest woman, Mrs. Nellie Humphreys Smith.
