Earl SneU asked, Monday, for the return "of Jim Sullivan," a, parole violator from the Oregon - state peniten tiary, who is under arrest at El Paso, Texas. Sullivan was re ceived at the Oregon prison from Multnomah county to serve a 10 year term for robbery by force and violence and was paroled on June 2, 1942.
