Schwel lenbach denied a defense motion ror dismissal Thursday of a suit against Linfield college of Mc Minnville, Ore, to recover, one of 11 pieces of property deeded the school by the late Mrs. Frances Eleanor Rose Linfield of Spokane. The suit was brought by C. D. Robinson as administrator for the estates of Edward S. and Mary c. Koss, ciaimingrthe property be longed to the now defunct Ross holding company when Mrs. Lin field transferred the deed.
