Dallas Cha Gets New Budget DALLAS The weekly meeting of the Dallas chamber of com merce was held Friday noon with Oramel Shreere presiding. ' Tha annual report of William Blackley, secretary of the cham ber of commerce and of August Riaser, treasurer, were presented and approred. Oramel Shreere, the retiring president, gara a short tali thanking members for the priv ilege of acting as their president and also thanking them for their excellent cooperation during- his term of office. Philip Hayter, the new presi dent, then took charge and spoke briefly. Walter Muir and Ed Dunn were appointed by the president to au dit the books of the chamber. A director's meeting followed with the principal item of bus iness the adoption of a budget for 1941.
