Mrs. Dave Byerley was rush ed to the general hospital in McMinnville Thursday night with acute appendicitis and pneumo nia The doctors will remove her appendix as soon as they can clear up the lung trouble. Mr. Byerley is confined to the house with a severe cold. Moore Rites Are Today WOODBURN Rev. Frank L. Moore of Portland died Sunday at his home there. He was a brother-in-law to Henry Layman of this city.
