Play at Rickreall Is Well Attended RICKREALL The play "The Home Town Girl," given Thurs day night was well attended, with many coming from nearby towns. Characters were welt portrayed. The school orchestra furnished music. The graduating class of the Rickreall high school has set May 31 as the . date tor com mencement exercises. Loar announced as his committee to investigate wby the water serv ice has not been connected on the Eureka avenue pipe line is Ray Hannan, Byron Gordon and Jim Reed. The committee was an out growth of a request made at the Silverton planning council Mon day night when Roscoe Reev s reported that reeidents along the avenue had been told a year ago to get ready for water in the near future.-1 They have not yet been given the service. FFA to Present Program for FU AMITY Six Amity Future Farmers composing three teams will present the program before the Farmers union at Amity, Ap ril 21. A demonstration on "Brooding Baby Chicks" will be presented by Raymond Hlenonen and Bern Warren; "Selecting the Breeding Flock" by Elvin Asher and Ed win Hlenonen; and "Colling for Production" by Frances Stupfel and Leonard Will. The winner will represent Au ity at the state convention U Corvallis April 27-29, and the state winner will be given a free trip to Cleveland, Ohio, to the World's poultry congress.
