Marjorie Hubbard has filed suit against Clay Hubbard. They .were married at Dallas on July 22, 1932. The plaintiff charges cruel and Inhuman treatment. She asks for the control and custody of the one minor child and also for 1S a month for the support and malntainance and education of tbe child. Estelle Bddings has filed salt against Virgil Eddings. They were married in Wheeler county, Texas, in February, 1935. The plaintiff charges desertion. She asks for the control and custody of the one minor child. - . The third divorce suit was filed by Margaret Gilbert against W. B. Gilbert. They v. ere married in 1912. There are four minor chil dren of whom the plaintiff asks the sole and complete control and custody. The plaintiff charges cruel and inhuman treat ment. Thompson to Talk At Youth Session DALLAS Prof. Robert P. Thompson, of Willamette univer sity, will be the guest speaker of the Polk county Christian Youth council, Sunday night, August 14 Missing Golfer G-men have been called in to hunt for Stanley Fisher, 22-year-old Lima, O., golf professional mys teriously missing. Fisher disap peared near the golf course with evidence showing signs of a strug gle. Friends feared he had been . attacked by robbers. at the Christian church. This meeting is the first of the quarterly meetings planned for the Christian you t h movement. Wisconsin ; Folks Are Guests of old Friends In North Howell Area NORTH HOWELL Interest ing visitors here the past week were Ronald McDonald and bis son, Donald, of Poynette, Wise. The men are enjoying a motor trip through the northwest and California and visited here at the home of their old neighbors Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Oddie. They also renewed acquaintance with D. H. Cutsforth and family and Mrs. A. B. Wiesner. Wayne Wiesner, who has spent the past month at his home here, left Tuesday for Corvallis where he will work with surveying crew until school opens In September. Slumber Party Is Held By 'Valley Younger Set SPRING VALLEY A Jolly slumber party was given by the younger set, chaperoned by Mrs. Victor Utterback, on the; Elwood Cooper farm recently.' The group had a basket lunch in the eve ning, slept in a straw stack and early the next morning hiked all over the hills watching a beau tiful sunrise. A waffle break fast was served by Mrs. Elwood Cooper.
