Citizens' Committee Will Report on City Problem SILVERTON Members of tht citizens' committee appointed bj the city council at its Decemhei nt e e 1 1 n g on December 6, hare been holding meetings during the week in an. endeavor to work out a ways and means of sol r ing the city's financial difficul ties. Several ways have been discussed but whether or not they are to be carried out is not yet known.
