Loy a child) M7rna Williams, famous the world over as Myrna Loy. was born on Aug. 2, 1905, in Helena, Mont. She went to school in Loa Angeles and got her first taste of the theater world as a member of prologue casts at Grauman's Chinese theater. She was "discovered" by Mrs. Rudolph Valentino and entered films in 1925. She has made nearly 40 pictures but her greatest success was probably "The Thin Man", with William Powell. She is married to Arthur Hornblow, a direo i tor in the movies and sculptors on th side as a hobby.
