Warner Baxter starred in "Slave at the Grand theatre today. "A Family Affair," are sweethearts screen for the next three days. a new life with his young bride, Elizabeth Allan. As they sail on Baxter's boat on the honeymoon cruise which is to mark the end of its days as a slaver, they find that they have been betrayed by the mate, Wal lace Beery, and the crew, avid for more slaving profits. The honey moon cruise is turned into a voy age in which they are continually brought face to face with danger and death. Sought by the navies of every nation, and torn by mutiny aboard, the slave ship sails on through adventures on the high seas and along the African coast, and it is a dramatic climax which clears the future for the captive couple and sends the Ill-fated slaver to its ominous destiny. Tap Dance Class Playground Unit Tap dancing instruction is be ing offered as a part ot the sum mer's recreational program at Parrlsh Junior high school each Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Miss Correll is beauti ful, an accomplished actresa and a sympathetic personality, all of which will carry her to the top But little Kitty, who has never been on the stage or screen before has all the elements of a great little actress which are going to endear her to America's filmgoers as few child actors ever have. And that's in writing.
