Few Doctors Report With only 43 per cent of the physi cians In -Marlon county report ing, the state department of health bulletin shows but six new cases of communicable disease noted In this county last week. These cases Included two each of measles and whooping cough, one each of scarlet fever and tuber culosis. Reports from all Polk county physicians for the same period showed two cases of whooping cough and one each of measles and Influenza there.' MeMahan In the trial of Camborus vs. State industrial Accident com mission. The motion came at the conclusion of plaintiffs testi mony. The action was an appeal from an award of the commission for partial disability. : Divorce action against William A. Rentschler was filed In circuit court yesterday by E m m a P. Rentschler. Based on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment, the complaint states that the defend ant swore at the plaintiff, threat ened her life and embarrassed her by making false accusations. The couple were married at Great Falls, Montana, September 1924. There are two minor chtl dren of whom the plaintiff asks custody. She seeks 150 a month support money, $25 suit funds and 250 attorney's fees. A one third interest in extensive prop erty is requested and delivery of all the couple's-household goods. Another affidavit of prejudice against Judge L. H. MeMahan was filed by Allan G.
