The Indepen dence Woman's club members en Joyed a delightful X o'clock lun cheon at the clubhouse Tuesday, v December 17. Hostesses were -Mrs. Dole T. Pomeroy, Mrs. Gro ver G. Mattison. Mrs. William Quartier, Mrs. Gerald , t. Keney . and Mrs. Asa Robinson. This was' the annual Christ mas party day. The club house was beautifully decorated in the Christmas spirit for the occasion. Recipes for Tea Cakes Constitute Topic of Week Many Interesting contributions to the tea cake recipe contest have already been received this week.
