Bowers Returns From Montana WALDO HILLS. Nov. 5 Iden Bower has returned to his home a mile south of Silverton In the Evergreen district after five months spent with relatives in Montana. His son, Lloyd, who lives near Spokane, motored to Great Falls and accompanied hs father here. This is Lloyd's first visit here since 1918 when he came down while stationed at Camp Lewis, although he lived here as a boy on what, is now the Edson Comstock place. A year and a half ago Bower purchased the 40-acre farm a mile south of . town on the Silverton Stayton highway, " which had at one time belonged to his father.
