NOTICE AND SUMMONS To each of the above named de fendants, and each and every per son, firm and corporation named In the above list, as being the owner, or owners, according to the tax rolls of Marion County, Oregon, of tracts and parcels of land, lots and blocks therein des cribed and following their respect ive names, and to each and every person, firm and corporation own ing or claiming to own, or having or claiming to have any interest, lien, or claim therein, and, also, all other persons and parties un known, claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real estate hereinafter described, and described in the Complaint and Application for Judgment and De cree herein. IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON, you and each of you as owners, claimants or holders of an interest, lien, claim or e.state In and to the hereinafter described property, situated in Marion Coun ty, Stato of Oregon, and all per sons interested in the property hereinafter described, are hereby notified that Marion County, a duly organized County and body politic and corporate under and by virtue of the Constitution and Laws of the State of Oregon, the plaintiff above named, is the own er and holder of certain Certifi cates of Delinquency bound in book form, as required by law, is sued to Marion County, Oregon, the plaintiff herein, on the 12th day of August, 1927, and on the ISth day of August, 1927, by the Sheriff and Tax Collector of Mar ton County, Oregon, and filed by him on the 17th day of August. 1927, In the office of the County Cleric of Marion County, Stat of Oregon, for the delinquent taxes for the rear 1921 upon ana in cluding all the property on the tax rolls In said Sheriff and Tax Collector's Office for said year, upon which no Certificate of De linquency had previously been la- sued, and containing all the prop erty upon which taxes are delin quent for said year.
