Parade For
Kids Slated
DALLAS, Oct. IS The an
nual Hallowe'en parade for school
children will be held Monday
night, October SI. The parade
this year will follow closely the
same lines as those of previous
years with prizes being given for
the best costume and room
prises for the best attendant.
The parade will form at the
Dallas Junior high school build
ing at the corner of Main and
Academy streets and wllL march
down Main street and then to the
bead stand. In .addition to the
grade school children, the Dallas
fire department, city and school
bands and the Boy Scouts have
been Invited to participate. An ef
fort will be made to have the
school busses bring the children
from the rural districts so they
may take part la the affair.

ter's work were discussed.
