Friday between the hours of two and four in (the afternoon and seTen and nine la the evening Is proving an Interesting- exhibit.., The pictures are those at younger Oregon artists and whlls there are not a many of these and thus not as many exhibits as the Salem Arts league had ex pected, still there Is a valuable collection ; on display which is drawing much attention from art levers of Salem. . , . An "interesting feature of the exhibit was the social evening held Wednesday night. For this Mrs. John Clifford, Mrs. L. H. Tarpley. Mrs. CUfton Mudd, Mrs. Gastav.Ebsen, and Mrs. Ella Ha thaway were hostesses. Punch and wafers were served from an artistically and colorful tea table. Hostesses for today will be Mrft WV E.
