Admittedly "in Imminent dan
ger of insolvency' because of a
shortage in cash and in Immedi
ately marketable securities," the
Ralph Schneeloch company, one of
the best known bond houses in
Portland, with a branch office in
Seattle, was dissolved today. John
K. Kollock and Russel Hawking
were appointed' receivers.
In' the complaint It 'was set
forth that the company has assets
in 1 cash, government, municipal
and corporaion bonds 'and oner
propery totaling 883,301.45, and
liabilities of J6 16.4 16.76.
