Scholarship Loan Tea With' the major activity f the Oregon Federation of Women's clubs centering around the ischol arship loan, the tea at the club house on Friday of this week for the purpose of increasing funds for the aid of college girls, will doubtless be one of the most wide ly attended affairs of the week. Work of the scholarship loan board tirst started in 1908 and since that time has been distrib uted among deserving jgirls In ten different educational centers in Oregon. Last year, at Monmouth alone, 27 girls were assisted by this fund. Altogether 400 girls have received aid from this source, paying it back again 100 per cent, o'clock. Eastern Star Social club.
