YOU
ARE PARTICULAR about what
you want and von should be.
Don't lot any agent aell yon the first
thing he show yon sinless you are
mighty sure it's just what you want.
Most agents, will try to sell you some
thing quickly. That ia accounted good
salesmanship and you can't blame the
salesman.
But yon don't buy real estate every
day; and you can't sell it again in
stantly. .
Therefore, take your time; analyze the
property and bny right.
Agents must aell at She owner's prices;
but if I deem the price high I will tell
the owner, a Ho the buyer.
I will tell you everything I see In the
property good and bad. I'll help you
analyse it by every standard that de
termines value. I'll help you balance
its good and bad- points.
I am here to aell property, and at the
same time to make record that will
help me to aell more and more.
