Most varieties of the peony are
In bloom In my garden the last
week In May. but by a careful se
lection o the early mid season and
late varieties one can' hare bloom
for six weeks or even longer.
Many varieties will keep in the
house as cut flowers for two
weeks or more. A word of cau
tion just here: If you want to
see the wonderful tints of the
more delicately colored varieties.
