'The meeting was called to order bj Mrs. E. E. Fisher, who has re cently been appointed by the conn, ty. federation president Mrs. ; W. W.i Allen of Mill City as chair man of child welfare work In the county. - The appointment goes to a dub "worker of particular capa bility Jn this line.
