Signs placed along the road on both sides of the booth call the attention of motorists to the honey. If ;it is not practical to have an attendant constantly at the stand, a sign may be prominently displayed tell ing the motorist to sound his horn, which signal may be promptly an swered by the person in charge. Grocery stores offer another ex cellent market. Oftentimes; the whole surplus may be disposed off through this medium.
