Ohio, by I. J. Lester, an operative ror the : state lira marshall's department. The arson took place at 'Woodbnrn, nearly two years ago, when Sinclair and his father-in-law, Art D. Mason were implicated. Mason was put in jail about three months before the time set for trial, bat plead guilty previous to the trial and was freed, Sinclair was arrested In Portland and On a pretext of going; home to seejhiU fatntly made nis escape and' went to the eastern state. He will be tried at the next term of court. Mr. and Mrs. Moe have been taking a vacation. They were live weeks in Hawaii. Then they spent some time in southern California. Mr. Mo says Hawaii Is a great winter resort.
