Aldermen Relax and Predict A Rosy Future for Fair City Salem's future Is rosy, if the statements of the city council committee on ways and means and finance are to be taken seriously. Members of these committees state that within a period of 10 -rears the city will be virtually out of debt. The total bonded indebted ness of the city as contrasted with a bonded indebtedness as of $480,- 500 for one issue of sewer bonds alone In 1912.
