She went with me to search the world for the greatest beauty helps in existence. They cost ns fortune and many years of time. Bat they made me a famous beau ty. I became the rage. And now, at the age of 62. they keep me a beauty still. I I hare seen j those same helps bring to many; plain girls multi plied attractions. To some they brought careers of beauty. I hare seen them bring to countless' wo men decades of added youth. So now I hare placed these matchless helps at every woman's call. And I am doing my best to urge women to employ them. You JteeaBat Foup " ' I found 32 great beauty helps. But ' French - experts combined them in four preparations. So these result came very easy to me. ... : - ?-;! One is a super-clay. ' Not like the crude and muddy clays you read about ; today. This clay is white, refined and dainty. It has been perfected by 20 years of sci entific studyj 1 call it my White ' Youth Clay.il-- Before I found it. I never knew one-tenth what clay -could do. . '-I Clay is a beauty essential. It purges the skin of all that clogs or mars it. It creates a rosy glow. It firms the skin, combats all lines and wrinkles.' reduces enlarged pores. It has brought to millions new complexions. But my White Youth Clay vastly excels the old types. The' cost is 50 cents and 11.00. , , I r My Youth Creasa My Youth Cream combines' both lemon and strawberry, i Also all the best French experts know to foster the fine texture of the skin. I use it after the clay. Also as a night cream, also daytimes as a powder base. I am never without It, to whiten, soften, feed and smooth the skin. I hare never known another ; cream to bring comparable results. '; My Youth Cream costs 60 cents. My Facial Youth Is a liquid cleanser which does what nothing else can do. The greatest beauty experts now employ this" formula, but they charge for it a price which few can pay. Facial Youth contains no ani mal, mo vegetable fat. The skin cannot absorb it. It simply cleans to the depths, then departs. All the refuse, grime and dirt go with It. No other method cleans the skin like Facial Youth. The cost Is 75c. : I My ( Wonderful Hair. Millions' of women , envy my hair.. It Is thick, silky and lux uriant. I have never had dan druff or falling hair, never a touch of grey. I I . i The reason lies In my Hair Ttfiuth. You will bet amazed to see how hair thrives when the scalp is kept In shape. j i . My Hair Youth costs 50 -cents and 11 with eye dropper. The re sults come quickly. I hope you will learn what it means to your hair.-; ; ;: : M To those four products I owe my beauty and my youth. Now all druggists and toilet counters supply them I to all who want like results. S;iful ; s There Is a human quality about "Temptation'? .which should crowd the Grand theater during the period of that picture's .stay. . Many of the pictures we have reviewed recently have depended too much upon the element of thrill, all other factors being sub ordinated. In 'Temptation," how ever, while punchful incidents ga lore are to be found, they are merely the! background for the unfolding of a simple, human story : ; -;; :f ' . . The central characters are Mar- jorle Baldwin " and her husband RUh Four Acts Vaudevjlle I Hoot Gibson in "Single Handed" jack, portrayed by" Eva Novak and Bryant , Washburn. There arc many Marjories in this commun ity and many Jacks. : She tipyf ies the wife who, once the honeymoon period is over and the dishwash ing period here, bemoans her lot as compared- with that of girls who married rich men. Jack Baldwin, on ; the other hand, is typical of - the husband who tries hard to give his wife everything he can, but possesses only a slim bankroll with which to work. Then comes the money deluge. These young people find them selves with more wealth than ever they can .disperse. .The result is a bit of character analyxation which makes "Temptation" a gem of purest ray "serene. "Incidently. the producers are to be compli mented upon the people chosen for the supporting cast. These players are June Elvidge, Phillips Smalley and Vernoa Steele. We strongly recommend "Temptation." tainment will be a welcome diver sion. At . thei Bligh -today, f lfS- . Oregon theater, contains a scene that for pathos '- has never been exceeded on the screen. Penrod Schofield for years had been monarch of the domain em braced by the boundaries of the lot adjoining his home. He was the master of Its contents, con sisting of shacks, caves, tunnels and other mysterious hiding places so dear to the average boy's heart. And in that lot he had buried his be3t friend his dog- when, an automobile had crushed out hi3 life. Around the grave he had constructed a picket fence and at the head j was a crude cross bear ing the name, "Duke." When Penrod's father sold the lot to the town's miser, Penro J was heartbroken. He was denied the privilege of entering upon the ground! ! One evening his ; father found' him sitting; on his bed, looking through tear-dimmed eyes at the little grave, Tenderly the fattier tried to console him. "I didn't know it meant so much to you, son," he said. An- hour later he had re-purchased the plot of ground and he presented 'Penrod with a deed con veying the lot to the boy, "down as far as China."
