From this amount will be paid the total - continuing' appro priations and millage taxes' which under present laws aggregate $13,388,696.78, and also $212,000 In 'appropriations made by the special session of 1921 which was not Included In previous tax lev ies because the 1922 levy had been made by the state tax. com mission before the special session.
