Edith Ar matha Copley began euit in the cir cuit court yesterday against her hus band, McGert Cooley. for divorce. According to the complaint the cou ple were married in Salem January 18. 1913. In January of 1918 it is claimed that Mr. Cooley deserted his wife and has not lived with her since. There are no children. The property rights have been settled.
