According to the complaint Olson bad in his possession an Over land touring car which belonged to the plaintiff. It was claimed that Olson sold the car and appropriated the money. Parks asks the court for judgment of $400 and costs of the action. Two Accidents Fatal- Two fatal accidents were reported to the state Industrial accident com mission out of a total of 345 Indus trial casualties for the week ending March 4. The fatal cases were Floyd McGargill. Hoqulai. Wash-. chaser, and George Wesley Rrown. Quincy. Or., brakeman. Of the to tal number of accidents reported 316 were subject to the provisions of the compensation act, 16 were from firms and corporations that have rejected the act and 13 were from public utility corporations not subjectto the act. library Still Closed The Salem public library will be closed again today because of repairs that are being made In the interior of the building, made necessary by the recent fire. Children Obstruct Track- Children placing obstructions and small articles on the rails of the west side railroad line on Union street between Commercial and High streets was the cause of a complaint of the trainmen to the Salem police yesterday. The complaining train men said that the lives of the c&n-i dren were endangered and the work of removing obstructions was very undesirable to them.
