Motion for a new trial in the suit
of Warner E. Cropp against Mlnnette
Olsen was filed in circuit court yes
terday. The suit Is to recover a val
uable Masonic ring alleged to bavo
been secured by the defendant from
Dr. C. F. Cropp while he was on his
death bed. On Tuesday a Jury
brought in a verdict in favor of .the
defendant and the motion for new
trial was immediately filed by the
plaintiff on the grounds of Insuffic
ient evidence and pleadings to sus
tain the verdict.

is rendered through the Red Cross

the Red Cross.
