zen the right to life, liberty and the

form of the government Is essen
tial. In providing means of mainte
nance and fe-euarding Individual
rights, yet the imperative need Is
Intellectual Integrity. . guided by en
lightened, loyal, patriotic citizenship,
pureed from sectionalism, class ha
tred, organized . selfishness, and
personal ambition.

executive legislative, and Judicial,

should emphatically be Kngllsh. in
all. the teaching... great emphasis

In the contemplation of the future
of Americanism, there comes with

erning force may in time be corrupt
ed by the ever-increasing diversity
of Interest and a conglomerate jum
ble of fad and faddists In the make
up of the governing force, resulting
finally, into disrupting conditions
which will place a, fiddling Nro In
stead of a Washington la the presi
dential chair, Robespierre Instead
of Solons In the legislative halls, and
Jeffries Instead qf Marshall la our
courts of Justice, followed by a dis
rupting fomentation, riots, mobs. In
surrections and general demoraliza
tion, until some Caesar , shall come
across the Rubicon and repeat the
fall of Rome.
