Seven on Petrol Boat

AS ATLANTIC PORT. Aug. 21.
Seven members ot the crew of the
United States patrolboat Moatauk
were lost when the craft was driven
ashore by a high northeast gale on
Cumberland Island. 20 miles north
of Fernaadlaa. at one o'clock Wed
nesday morning. The body of on

Tht Moatauk encountered the
gale Monday about midnight.' Tues
day noon her engine went out of
commission. Iter anchor chains
parted Tuesday night and she was
soon driven ashore. The seven men
