Instituted on account of the failure of a tenant properly to crop and care for certain real property, appealed from the de cision of the county court. Judge Bingham decreed the reversal of the decree of the lower court. An order was issued confirming the sale of real property in the case of Alli ance Trust company against Fannie E.
