CAMP LEWIS TO

With National Army, Men
i This Season
CAMP LEWIS. Tacoma, Jan. 19.
The Northwestern Baseball League
may boast of an odd number of
clubs this coming season. The odd
club will bo unofficial, of course, and
win be composed of a team repre
senting the 91st division of thes army.
It is planned to have a team of
the Northwestern Circuit visit here
each Wednesday. Saturday, and Sun
day during the league season to play
the camp nine.- President leuberi
illewett of the league and Captain
T. G. Cook, camp athletic director.
both favor the scheme.
Tho games of -onrse would have
no place in the standing of the clubi
or tho compilation of tfattintr, pitrhr
iog or nettling averages. They-are
nerely intended to give the nation.u
army men some big league baseball
and to give the Dlst division tser4
a chance to show what they can do
against a regular league aggregation.

A scheme for a gigantic German
Russian alliance to dominate Europe
is being put forward in all parts of

The future Central Europe-Russian

have before It the mighty task of
bringing the great riencs of Russia
into the world markets.. For this
purpose there are two natural win

the other Copenhagen. These two
towns will become the great markets
of the world. The prpnuf-e of south
western Russia will go by the Dan

Northwestern Russia will go by the

Copenhagen. In this manner 'an in
