(WASHINGTON BUREAU OF THE JOURNAL) Major Malcolm Wheeler Nicholson of Portland. woo several months ago, was ordered re stored to Class A by order of President Harding after an army board proposed. is out with an open letter to the presi dent demanding investigation of the army system. He reviews charges made during in vestigatlon of his case that the Ameri can army is being Prussianised and that cliaues of officers are able, under the piesent system, to disparage and drive out of service man who 'are not subservi ent to their whims and wishes. Consid erable comment is being caused by his letter in army circles, where there are two camps of opinion. Boys Break Into Brooklyn School A gang of boys expressed their con tempt for school discipline and every thing that goes along with it over the weekend when they broke into the Brooklyn school and ransacked all of the teachers desks, scattering every thing about the room and creating gen eral confusion.
