Smith, su peiintendent of the state Institution for feeble-minded, was elected president of tha Association of State Institution Su perintendents Thursday, and Dr. Q. C Bellinger, superintendent of the state tuberculosis hospital, secretary. The as sociation was organized at the sugges tion of Secretary of State Kozer, with a view to increasing the efficiency of the Institution heads.
