January 30, are: meeting this afternoon at the Cham ber of Commerce for a general confer ence with their brigadier generals and will receive instructions from General Robert E. Smith. ; A feature of the meeting lll be their first glimpse of the campaign film, just completed, titled "Under the Lid," and showing varied activities of agencies that are supported by the chest funds. The film was made -in Portland during the past two weeks under the direction of J. B. Carrigan, assistant to-Marshall N. Dana, chairman of the publicity com mittee, and the "shooting" was done by A Anderson of the publicity committee forces. It was seen by two committees Thursday, and unstinted praise was giyen it as showing adroiraoly the purposes to which chest funds are devoted.
