During the season 107 persons visited the caves, many -of thenv from Cali fornia. - ' ' : ' Tourist Auto Camp At Eocky Butte Site Indorsed at Establishment of a permanent auto tourist camp on. a, portion of the pro posed Rotky Butte- exposition site was indorsed at a meeting of the Columbia Highway Butte Site association Wednes day night by Dr. J. W. Morrow, presi dent of the association. The proposed site consists of several hundred ' acres lying along Columbia river highway ad jacent to, and including Rocky Butte. Dr. Morrow also Kecommended that a large area of the site be purchased by the city and distributed among exhibiting states for building purposes. Herman Blaesing and P. K. Struck, secretary of the association, were among the speakers at the meetitng.
