Dr. Childs was arrested for obtaining money under false pretenses and was sentenced to serve five y ears. He sawed bis way out of a cell, climbed over the roof and rode down an elevator, the aft ernoon of Jane 15. 191. In Atlanta two years ago Childs was arrested or another charge. His sen' tence at the Georgia, penitentiary ends September 12.
