HONOR CONTEST Natt McDougall's Sterling Duke 1 Carries Off Blue Ribbon in - " Officers' Mount Class. Oregon-owned horses came Into their own in Tuesday night'a events of the horse show. . Sterling tuke. owned by Natt Mc Doueall of the I'ortland Hunt club, won first prize in class 3, horses suitable for officers' mounts, with Fanwood, owned by Miss Marlon Bowlett. taking second place, and Flashlight, owned by Mr.' foe A. McKenna, third. yt. R. Leatlbctter's entry in the draft here class carried off the blue ribbon, - and second and third places were won by A. C. Ruby of I'ortland. Ouyllght, a local trotter, won the track horse event. Little Miss Doris Van Cleave still con tinues to be a favorite with the spec tators. The combination horse event was a hard one to judge, eight being entered in the combination. Bill Jones was awarded the blue ribbon, and Cochise look second price.
