Greetings from the Hostess club were tendered by Mrs. Collins W. Slkins, president of the Ladies' annex. Mrs. Elklns extended to the Federation a hearty welcome and remarked that Mr. Upton bad left very little for her to say, yet it was customary for the woman to have the last word.
