It is used in the first line trenches just a few yards away from the enemy. The plant of the Canadian Car and Foundry tompany, at Lynd hurst (Kingsland), near Rutherford, New Jersey, 'was wrecked and burned by a great explosion late in the afternoon of January 11. This firm was engaged in manufacturing munitions for the allies.
