Special Car Tarnished. - - Th.9 Liberty Bell will be carried in lt special car on. the Fourth street tracks of the Portland, Kugene & Eastern railroad to a point opposite the courthouse wiere It will be un covered and viewing platforms will be erected on each aide. Exhibition of the Liberty - Bell will bgin, about 7 o'clock and, continue until 11:30 a. m.
