A jury in Circuit Judge Kava- naugh s court yesterday returned a verdict for the Columbia Life & Trust company, which had been sued by Mrs. Elizabeth M. French for payment of two 12500 insurance policies on the life-of her husband, James M.-French, now dead. One was payable to her and the other to a daughter, Irene C. French.
