The complaint alleges that the company Is Insolvent and that Its liabilities exceed Its assets by at leant f2.S00.00O. The complaint recites that In 1907 T. B. Potter and H. L.. Chapln pur chased 00 acres In Tillamook county for 120,000. The property was trans ferred to the Potter-Chapln Realty company and later to the T. B. Potter Realty company. It is alleged that the property was divided into 2800 lots, of which 2200 have' been sold for . approximately SI. 000, 000, of which 900.000 has been paid. The remain ing lots are said to be worth $100,000. Those lots with the remaining $200.. 000 to be paiil on contracts, and prop--rty worth about $1000, are said to . be M.e only assets of the company. -Son Assumes Management. . T. R. Potter, it Is asserted, became mentally unable to retain manage ment of - the company and his sqn, T. Irving Potter, and Mrs. T. B. Potter took charge. II. L,.
