The junior events of the twenty third annual regatta of the North Pa cific Association of Amateur Oarsmen will be staged tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock over the mile and one half coarse of the Portland Rowing club above the Sellwood ferry. The senior events will be held Saturday after noon. The Junior crews will have their last workouts this afternoon and all are reported to be in tip-top shape. Those desiring to witness the races can see them from the banks of the river. The west side bank above Sell wood ferry will be the best place, as the sun will strike those on the east bank in the face and spoil their view of the events. To reach the course, take the South ern Pacific train at Jefferson street and get off at the Sellwood ferry, or take the Oregon City car, get off at the ferry and ride across the river on the ferry. The visiting crews this morning un loaded their shells and they were transported to the Portland Rowing club on a barge.
